Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My expertise in Behavioral Health is multifaceted as my personal and professional journey together have led me to who I am today. I am lifelong learner, a mother, traveler, researcher, educator and an advocate for elder care. As well, I have presented nationally and Internationally on Behavioral Health, Natural Healing and TeleMental health services. As a master therapist , I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, which included a specialty in behavioral medicine. Contact me and let's discuss "how to" find the answers you seek to make the necessary changes to celebrate your life. To be your best self!

My approach to therapy

My primary interest is to teach and empower individuals when they are feeling "stuck" in their lives, working together to clarify life desires, build confidence, and manifest one's potential to improve the quality of their life.

What you can expect from me

As stress, anxiety, depression and "life" can often become unmanageable, gaining an understanding of how the mind and the body work together is significant in putting the pieces of your “personal puzzle” together to help you to improve your self-image, relationships, self-care, and personal satisfaction for personal success.
