Great to meet you!

My focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and Coping with life transitions . Whether you’re seeking immediate symptom relief or hoping to explore the root causes behind your experiences, I offer a supportive, structured, and compassionate space designed to meet your needs. I welcome all individuals to sit with someone that will meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My mantra is to listen above all else. My style is attentive, and collaborative. I also value your time and will begin treatment, clear clinical guidance and personalized mental health support promptly. Clients often feel safe and understood. Together we address root causes, support mind-body healing, and build strengths for lasting balance and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
