Great to meet you!

Life can bring experiences that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating grief, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. With five years of experience, I work with individuals facing a range of emotional and personal challenges, including stress, anger, substance use concerns, family difficulties, chronic health conditions, and end-of-life issues. I also welcome clients exploring questions related to sexual orientation, gender identity, and men’s issues. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and find a path toward greater emotional well-being and more meaningful connections.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process that helps you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I draw from several therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your individual needs and goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-Interviewing, and family/couple-focused methods. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and find approaches that support your healing, growth, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are a space for you to speak openly about what you’re experiencing, explore challenges at a pace that feels manageable, and work toward changes that matter to you. We’ll begin by discussing what brings you to therapy, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, we’ll establish goals collaboratively and develop a plan that reflects your needs, values, and circumstances. We’ll check in on your progress along the way and adjust our approach as needed. You don’t have to navigate everything on your own, and you don’t need to have all the answers before beginning. With my support, I hope you’ll feel more fulfilled to create a life that is meaningful to you.
