Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and obtained my Master of Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. Working with both adolescents and adults, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress from life transitions. I work from a person-centered & trauma-informed lens and cater my approaches to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. I primarily incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness practices, with a strong focus placed on rapport building so that a client feels safe & supported in the therapeutic relationship. My communication style is calm, warm, and personable. I love getting to know my clients and firmly believe in the power of laughter and joy in the healing process, which often finds its way into my work. I provide a non-judgmental and accepting environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing anything. I view therapy as a collaborative process and meet clients where they are, with the clients as the experts in their goals and treatment.
