Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family stress, or major life changes are affecting your daily life. You may feel stuck in old patterns, unsure how to move forward, or emotionally exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own.

I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, family issues, relationship stress, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, women’s issues, and stress management challenges. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can better understand what you are experiencing, identify your strengths, and begin building practical tools for meaningful change. Whether you are working through personal challenges, family conflict, trauma, or a difficult life transition, therapy can help you feel more grounded, supported, and capable of moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on helping you create realistic progress in your everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Bowen Family Systems.

Together, we may explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, family patterns, and past experiences are influencing what you are facing today. Our work may focus on managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, navigating grief, improving communication, strengthening coping skills, reducing stress, or identifying practical next steps when life feels difficult or uncertain. I believe therapy should help you recognize the strengths you already have while developing new strategies that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a respectful, supportive, and goal-oriented environment where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide our work together. In our first sessions, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been difficult recently, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

As we work together, you may develop greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier communication patterns, and more confidence in your ability to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel supported while we identify practical steps toward healing, emotional balance, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, family stress, grief, or end-of-life concerns, we will work at a pace that feels manageable and focused on your needs.
