Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, relaxed space where you are in control. My approach is laid back and client-led, allowing you to dictate the direction of your therapy based on what feels most important to you. I don’t come in with a rigid agenda or a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I’m here to listen, support, and gently guide you as you work toward the areas of growth and healing you want to focus on. Together, we’ll move at your pace, building insight, skills, and confidence in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

I treat a wide range of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also support individuals who are navigating daily life challenges, stress, transitions, and emotional overwhelm. With extensive experience in these areas, my goal is to help you develop tools that allow you not just to survive, but to truly live—even in the midst of life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys providing therapy to a diverse range of clients. Life brings challenges, and while pain can be a part of growth, you don’t have to suffer through it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you learn to manage life’s challenges and work toward healing and balance.
