I have a passion for seeing individuals lives change. To help the individual find who they are and understand they can have a great life. I have been helping individual for 10 years in all areas of addictions and mental health disorders. When choosing me be read to learn and see the world differently.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

The session will consist of learning about what the client wants from their experience. I will ask some introduction type question to get a feel what the client wants. I will then explain what we will be doing to active the clients goals
