Great to meet you!

I provide evidence-based therapy to adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and challenges related to personal growth. My work focuses on helping clients build resilience, strengthen communication, and cultivate greater emotional balance in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. This integrative approach allows therapy to remain grounded in research while being thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique goals, values, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and bring a culturally responsive and inclusive perspective to my work with individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to show up authentically and engage fully in the therapeutic process.
