Great to meet you!

Welcome,

I am glad you have found your way here. I created this space for you to feel authentically seen, to access the parts of yourself that have been ushered into hiding; that depend on strategies like compulsively-spending, masking, frenetic cleaning, schedule cramming, and perseverating on nearly anything to avoid eye-gazing with the parts of yourself and your life that make you cringe.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and somatic therapist, and I support millennials like you, who are experiencing burnout as a result of adulting through late-stage capitalism.

I weave integrative psychiatry + somatic coaching with the

belief that you are and will always be your own greatest healer. I am here to offer skill, clarity + tools in that company.

Through this work you will undoubtedly find more ease, pleasure, gratification + gratitude in your day to day life.

I specialize in Queer + Trans mental health, ADHD, Anxiety, Panic, Trauma repair + integration, PTSD, Perinatal mental health and the nuance of being human.

My approach to therapy

Integrative psychiatry attends to the support of chemical balance.

Somatic coaching brings that balance into new patterns of relating with yourself and your life.

When offered in tandem, these modalities make transformation possible.

I work with people intensively over a period of six to twelve months who are ready to bring forth change in their life.

In working with me you will experience shifts in your chemistry, your energy, your relationships. Your art, appetite, intimacy and drive.

It is a gift to watch you arrive at the place you’ve been longing to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is spacious and grounding. We’ll slow down, get to know what brings you in, and begin to understand what healing looks like for you. I’ll ask about your history, current supports, and goals, but also listen for how your body and emotions tell the story.

By the end of our session, you can expect to feel seen, have a sense of next steps, and know that this is a space where all of you is welcome. We move collaboratively to construct your treatment plan with consent and curiosity.
