Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Roger Lee Crowe III, I am a licensed clinical social worker. I Graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 with at Masters in Social Work. Life can be a struggle and feel like one hit after another. This can lead to negative beliefs about yourself and others that keep you from moving toward who you want to be. I want to help you gain new perspectives that allow you to rediscover your authentic self. Growth is facing adversity, learning the lessons, and overcoming it.

My approach to therapy

In my practice I take a creative/ integrative approach to therapy where I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches to give each client the opportunity to discover what works best for them. If one approach is not giving you results, we can discuss your needs and try a new strategy. My range of approaches include, but are not limited to: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI).

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that at the end of each session you feel at ease about the day’s presenting issue and motivated to effect positive change in your life. My hope is for you to gain new insights and perspectives into yourself and the way you interact with others that help you achieve your goals. Long term I hope to get you to a point where you have overcome your presenting issues and learned to cope with life struggles, a point where you have grown into yourself and no longer need my services.
