Finding your way through pain, confusion, or disconnection can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. My role as a therapist is to create space where you can slow down, breathe, & begin to make sense of what’s happening inside & around you. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that keep you stuck, build insight & compassion, & move toward the life & relationships you want. Clients often describe me as calm, real, & deeply attuned. I believe healing begins with feeling understood—so we start there. From that foundation, I integrate CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, trauma-informed, & holistic methods to meet your needs & goals.
