Healing starts now! My name is Romy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I am here to support you towards healing and I am proud of you for taking this step. When times get tough, I can help you figure things out or simply help guide you in the right direction. I have over 10 years of experience working with clients who are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationships, careers, self-esteem, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other life challenges.

My therapy style is empowering, accepting, warm, and compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, problem solving therapy, and motivational interviewing. No matter what issues you are facing, I will ensure that my therapeutic approach suits your personal needs. I work with young adults from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. However, I have a passion to support the challenges people of color face.

When we meet you can expect a safe space to explore any life challenges you are facing without judgment. My goal is to help increase your coping with daily life and increase your overall satisfaction with yourself. We will work together to create attainable goals and set you up for a path of betterment.
