Great to meet you!

I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from our very first conversation. I work with adults and older adults, and I bring a warm, open minded approach to every session. I treat anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I tailor each plan to fit the person in front of me, not a one size fits all script. I like to stay involved in your progress between sessions, checking in on what is working and adjusting as we go. My goal is a steady, honest partnership where you feel heard and supported. I also prescribe medication when it makes sense, so we can look at your care from more than one angle.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, open minded approach to care, and I like working side by side with you rather than just handing down instructions. Together we will set goals for managing anxiety, depression, or PTSD, checking in often and adjusting the plan as your needs change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk through what brought you in and what you are hoping to change. I will ask questions, listen closely, and we will start building a plan together that feels right for you.
