Great to meet you!

I am a duel -licensed mental health professional practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2004. I have worked as a school counselor and for the past 16 years as a therapist in private practice. I provide a compassionate, inclusive space for teens, young adults and adults navigating life's complexities. Whether you are dealing with a demanding career, exploring your identity, or healing from painful life events, I am here to walk alongside you. My practice proudly welcomes and affirms culturally diverse and LGBTQ+ individuals. I specialize in helping clients process and heal from Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Loss and Grief, Relationship Issues, and Self-Esteem and Self-Image issues.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. Instead, I blend evidence-based frameworks to match your unique needs and pacing. In our virtual sessions, we may weave together EMDR and strategies from DBT to process stored trauma and build strong emotional regulation skills; CBT and Mindfulness to reframe negative thought patterns and ground yourself in the present and ACT and Logotherapy to explore existential questions and discover deep meaning through life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is an active partnership. You will find a warm, zero-judgment environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we will look at what is keeping you stuck, heal old wounds, and build practical tools to help you live a more meaningful, centered life. Let's take the first step together.
