Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop a stronger sense of identity.

As a lifelong Missouri resident and educator, I am very familiar with the specifics that come with living in this area.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe maladaptive thought patterns. This approach empowers you to break free from unhelpful thinking and build healthier, more effective coping strategies. Additionally, I incorporate a Person-Centered approach, which focuses on exploring personal and cultural beliefs to better understand how they shape your experiences and daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a deep dive into your background, thought processes, and self-image. Together, we will work to uncover areas of growth and build a solid foundation for lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet your individual needs.

I provide a warm and inclusive environment, and will work with you to identify goals and plans for your future.
