Great to meet you!

I am a Lamar University Alum from Houston, Texas. I have lived, loved and breathed the world of mental and physical health, and overall wellness for over 5 years. In my professional experience, the ultimate point of growth and healing from past traumas and management of current stressors is realizing the relationship between mind, body and spirit. Once we understand the co-mingling that must take place between those separate entities, we then open the door to the truest versions of ourselves.

My approach to therapy

A lot of the work that I do hinges on what we consume into our bodies whether it be orally, audibly or visually, and in some cases, even environmentally. In my world, the saying "you are what you eat" is more than just a careless colloquialism. It is the breeding ground for the true story that our bodies tell behind the masks that we wear to try to silence the internal pain that we often feel.

What you can expect from me

I want to co-labor with you in working to deepen your sense of physical and emotional awareness, and increase your level of emotional intelligence, which will inevitably strengthen your vulnerability and help you approach life in a newfound way.

I expect you to feel challenged yet supported. I want you to feel safe with your inner most thoughts and feelings, but also know that I will work to hold you accountable and keep you on track with the goals that you desire for yourself.
