Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Master’s level counselor committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and emotional wellness. My clinical experience includes working with veterans and individuals facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. That’s why I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique story.

Whether you're navigating a difficult season or doing the deep work of long-term healing, I am here to support and empower you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy, compassion, and respect. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—and where your whole self is welcome, including your faith and spirituality.

For many of my clients, spiritual beliefs are an important source of strength, identity, and guidance. I honor that. Whether your faith is a central part of your life or something you’re exploring, I am committed to creating a space where those beliefs can be integrated into our work together—without judgment and always at your pace.

What you can expect from me

By the end of the session, clients frequently feel uplifted, confident in their ability to overcome challenges and embrace new possibilities."
