I have almost 40 years of experience counseling people in different areas of life span. My ideal clients would be Christians, their teenagers, their families and their businesses. I have an extensive background in counseling and running successful businesses. That experience has given me a springboard for life and business coaching as well. I use a CBT focus is based on Proverbs 23:7, "as a man thinks so he is". I am an interactive and solutions focused therapist. I believe in empowering my clients to become their best possible selves and to achieve the God-given plans for their lives and businesses.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I like the creative aspect of therapy and often help people "think outside the box". I integrate complimentary approaches to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work to get to the "root causes" of issues, helping direct, guide, and support with practical feedback.
