Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began seeing clients in 2005 under supervision and became licensed independently in 2009. I have years of experience supporting adults who carry a lot—emotionally, relationally, and professionally. I’ve worked with both military and civilian populations and understand the complexity that comes with responsibility, identity, and transition. I offer a grounded, compassionate presence that honors each client’s lived experience, identity, and values. Our work moves at your pace—whether that feels slow or fast—so growth feels supported, not forced.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in your story. I prioritize emotional safety and mutual trust, creating space for honest reflection and growth. I will gently challenge you when it’s helpful, while always respecting your autonomy and readiness for change.

What you can expect from me

My clients often express how "easy it is to talk" to me and that "it doesn't feel like therapy". The first session is a welcoming, unhurried conversation focused on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. There’s no pressure to know what to say or where to begin. You’ll be met with care, compassion, and without judgment as we begin building trust together.
