Great to meet you!

Ronetta Graham holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wake Forest University. She has 20 years of experience in mental health counseling and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is passionate about empowering people to be the best versions of themselves, no matter their challenges. Ronetta's areas of interest include chronic disease management, spirituality, and integrative health.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I pull from various evidence-based approaches to help clients have optimal outcomes. Sessions tend to feel conversational, but they are scientifically proven to work! Cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness are a couple of things that I use very often. I allow the client to have input on what they believe will work for them. Brain/Body science is the approach that I use most often.

What you can expect from me

Empowerment to change, heal, and reach goals is the expected outcome. Of course, Rome wasn't built in a day, so one must trust the process!
