Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist specializing in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and holistic mental health care. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I value collaboration, transparency, and creating a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I aim to meet each client where they are, honoring your unique journey while providing guidance and support to help you navigate challenges and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, somatic awareness, and relational therapy. I focus on helping clients develop self-awareness, coping strategies, and emotional regulation skills, while also exploring underlying patterns and experiences that impact their current life. Sessions are collaborative: your goals and voice guide the process, and I provide structure, insight, and support to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding your reasons for seeking therapy. I will ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the process, share any concerns, and discuss what feels most important to you. My goal in this session is to create a safe and welcoming space, establish trust, and collaboratively outline how we might work together moving forward.
