Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Ronya Livingston, a licensed psychologist providing virtual therapy for adults in California, Ohio, Michigan, and PSYPACT states. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, and the pressures of balancing life's many roles. I have a special interest in supporting women, high-functioning adults, and individuals navigating cultural or first-generation family expectations. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier coping strategies, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you. I'll invite you to share what's been happening in your life, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to be different. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, so I want to understand what you need and how I can best support you. If you've been in therapy before, I'll ask what was helpful, what wasn't, and what you're hoping will be different this time. Together, we'll begin building a plan that feels personalized and meaningful to you.
