Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW-C and trauma-informed, integrative therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, grief, emotional regulation, and women’s mental health, including perinatal challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, IFS, ACT, and somatic techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with an emphasis on tangible progress, practical tools, and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, structured, and empowering space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, strengthen healthy boundaries, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and agency.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should lead to meaningful, tangible progress. We work together to better understand your experiences, patterns, and emotions, establish clear goals, and develop practical tools and skills that you can apply in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first session to be both supportive and purposeful. We’ll identify their concerns, goals, and areas they want to change while beginning to develop a personalized treatment plan.
