Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Rosa Wright, LCSW, LCSW-C. I have a Master's in Clinical Social Work and a decade of experience in supportive services. My therapeutic style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and personally enriched by my own journey with migration, gender, and motherhood. While my practice specializes in the unique mental health challenges of communities of color, focusing on women, perinatal support, and youth, I wholeheartedly welcome all individuals who seek a holistic and freedom-centered therapeutic experience. Together, we'll draw from an eclectic mix of modalities—like CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic approaches, and Narrative Therapy—to honor your unique story and center your path toward healing.

In addition to accepting insurance, I reserve limited slots for clients seeking a sliding scale fee (ranging from $50 to $150 per session) to ensure accessibility for those who need it

My approach to therapy

My core approach at Feel Wright Space is Freedom-Centered, Culturally Affirming Care, because I believe you are the expert of your own life. My style is intentionally client-led and collaborative, focusing on your autonomy and empowerment so you feel encouraged to take control of your decisions and lead a life free from external pressures. I'm passionate about providing Liberation-Honoring care that centers the unique experiences of BIPOC communities and those who love them, while actively challenging systemic norms that often overlook your context.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a thorough, in-depth conversation to establish a safe and trusting environment. We use a Foundations and Background assessment to explore your physical, mental, social, and historical context, focusing on all the unique influences that have shaped you. By the end I will have a clear understanding of the primary issue that brought you to therapy, and have gained a mutual agreement on a path forward.
