Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life stress in a supportive and non-judgmental space. I bring a holistic perspective to therapy, looking at how your emotions, relationships, and life experiences all connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build insight while also learning practical tools to manage life’s challenges. I often integrate evidence-based strategies while tailoring the process to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Some questions we may explore together include: What patterns are showing up in your life right now? What changes would help you feel more balanced or confident? What strengths have helped you through difficult moments before?

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where we begin getting to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask a few questions about your current concerns, your goals, and what support might look like for you so we can decide how to move forward together. You might begin reflecting on questions like: What made me reach out for therapy now? What do I hope will be different in my life? What would help me feel safe and supported in this process?
