My approach is primarily relational, as I believe further progress can be made if the therapist-client rapport is strong. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as our thoughts have a strong impact on our emotions and behaviors. I tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
In our first session together, I start building rapport with you, inquire what your main goals for therapy are, and gather information about what was or is going on in your life that is negatively and positively impacting you today.
