Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rose! If you’ve ever found yourself overthinking everything at 2am or navigating a season of life that feels heavier than expected, you’re not alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical supervisor in the DMV with over 10 years of experience. I provide individual and couples therapy for clients ages 16+ and offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians and graduate-level interns.

I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, including infertility/IVF, pregnancy and infant loss, and pregnancy/postpartum support. I also work with teens and adults of all gender identities navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, which allows me to deeply understand and connect with many of the challenges my clients face. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, increasing resilience, and helping you feel more grounded and supported in your day-to-day life.

I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is personalized, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from approaches such as narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal and psychodynamic frameworks. I meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels supportive, and focus on practical tools alongside emotional insight.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and how these experiences have shaped your thoughts and emotions. Over time, we'll process feelings, explore new perspectives, and create "new normals" that support feeling more grounded, balanced, and hopeful.
