Great to meet you!

I am Rose Lubin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC. I completed my graduate education and advanced-practice training at Walden University. I bring many years of experience as a registered nurse, along with more than one year of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individualized treatment planning, and supportive therapy when appropriate. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and sleep difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and actively involved in decisions about your mental health care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented. I take time to listen carefully and understand each client’s symptoms, concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I use evidence-based practices to develop an individualized care plan that may include medication management, education, supportive therapy, and healthy lifestyle strategies. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, so I explain treatment options clearly and involve clients in decisions about their care. My goal is to help each client feel supported, empowered, and confident as they work toward lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental conversation focused on understanding your concerns and treatment goals. I will review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current and past medications, lifestyle, and any factors affecting your emotional well-being. We will discuss possible diagnoses and treatment options, and you will have time to ask questions and share your preferences. Together, we will develop an individualized care plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, or coordination with other healthcare professionals.
