Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional difficulties. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to your individual needs. I use CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll build practical tools that support healthier coping, relationships, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we'll start where you are and identify goals that feel meaningful to you.
