Great to meet you!

Caring for people has always meant seeing the whole picture for me. With a background in family medicine and specialized training in psychiatry, I bring both lenses to every session. I believe mental health shapes nearly every part of a person's life, and that belief drives how I practice. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, my focus is on understanding your unique experience so we can find an approach that actually works for you. I ask questions, I listen, and I show up ready to work alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I listen before I offer direction. My background in family medicine and psychiatry showed me that the whole picture matters. I look at your mental health alongside your physical health and daily life. I ask questions because I genuinely want to understand your full story before we build a path forward together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I will ask about your history, your concerns, and what you hope to get from care. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of what we are working toward together. There is no pressure to have all the answers right away.
