I am Rosemary Carroll a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in practice for 12 years. I specialize in trauma and anxiety. I use a wide variety of approaches to working with youth and adults. Clients often share with me that after working with me they enjoy an improved quality of life.
My approach to therapy is to support the goals of the client. My training and preferred treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person centered.
During our first session, we will spend time exploring the scope of what is happening and then set goals for what the client wishes to accomplish. Following that we will explore what has led to the current situation and the best approach to achieve transformation.
