If medication is part of your treatment, I will explain the purpose, benefits, possible side effects, and alternatives, and monitor your response carefully.
I use evidence-based practices and take a holistic, patient-centered approach. This means I consider your mental, emotional, physical, cultural, and social needs when developing your treatment plan.
I strive to provide care that is respectful, nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.
You have the right to ask questions, decline treatment, request changes, and be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
