Great to meet you!

If anxiety, panic, or a rough season of life has you feeling stuck, I want to help. I work with adults navigating panic disorders, men's issues, anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions, drawing on nearly 10 years as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. All of our sessions happen online, so you can get quality care from wherever feels comfortable. I'd love to help you find steady ground again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where we can work together as a team. I combine several therapy modalities to help you discover new insights, feel equipped to take on your current challenges, and build lasting personal growth. Ultimately, my goal is to leave you with practical tools you can confidently use long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I like to hand over the reins and hear what brought you in for therapy. I'll provide guidance as necessary to explore the issues while covering a few key details. You should leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and confident with the direction we're headed.
