Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship or behavioral patterns, major life changes, or challenges from your past, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing.

I bring nearly 8 years of experience working with adults in community-based services, correctional settings, and behavioral health leadership, including supervising therapists. These experiences have shaped how I approach therapy and strengthened my belief that people can make meaningful changes when they have the right support, space, and tools.

I became a therapist because I value the opportunity to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging and uncertain periods of their lives. I believe people are more than the challenges they’re facing. My role is not to judge or define you, but to listen, help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, and develop strategies that fit your life.

I also have specialized experience working with individuals navigating accountability, sexual offense treatment, and significant life transitions. These can be difficult experiences to talk about, and I strive to provide a space where you can address them openly, honestly, and without judgment.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about where you are while also working toward where you want to be. Together, we can explore patterns, build practical skills, work through challenges, and identify realistic steps toward a healthier and more meaningful life.

My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters to you, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what support feels right for you. I will listen without judgment and help us create a comfortable plan for moving forward. When you’re ready, schedule a session and let’s take the next step together.
