Great to meet you!

Greetings!

I'm Roxana Scott. I have 12 years of experience supporting adults and families through the challenges of Complex Trauma. With an MS in Mental Health Counseling and a background in Community Service, I offer a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy. My goal is to help you process the past so you can show up fully in the present."

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I prioritize a collaborative and non-judgmental environment where you are the expert on your own life. Drawing on 12 years of experience, I use a trauma-integrated lens to help adults and families break through the 'stuck' points often caused by complex past experiences. We will focus on the connection between your history and your current well-being, building a toolkit of coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. Whether we are working on individual healing or family dynamics, my focus is on sustainable growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about creating a sense of safety and seeing if we’re a good fit. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy now and what you hope to change, but we won’t dive into deep trauma right away. My main goal for our first meeting is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clear on how we will work together toward your healing. We will move at your pace, ensuring you feel grounded every step of the way.
