Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate addiction, mental health challenges, and recovery. As a licensed Addictions Specialist, I've worked across the full continuum of care, including Detox, MAT, Residential, Intensive Outpatient, PHP, and Acute Mental Health settings. Whether you're struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, relapse, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, I provide a supportive and judgment-free space where we can work together toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe change is a process that happens one step at a time. My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to where you are today. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients identify unhealthy thought patterns, build healthier coping skills, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and sustainable progress. My goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit. Together, we'll begin identifying the goals that matter most to you and develop a clear plan for moving forward. Whether you're seeking support for recovery, mental health concerns, or major life challenges, we'll create a roadmap designed around your needs and the future you want to build. I invite you to schedule a free consultation when you're ready.
