Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist with a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can truly be yourself. My approach is compassionate and collaborative.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Person-Centered therapy. My goal is to tailor therapy to your unique needs while creating a warm, non-judgmental space that supports lasting healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are active participants in their healing. I use a blend of evidence-based methods to support growth and resilience, while keeping the focus on creating a safe, compassionate space for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

We will talk about you, your past history, and your goals and expectations for treatment. We will create a treatment plan that includes the goals you would like to reach within the next 3-6 months. I will tell you a little about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you have.
