Great to meet you!

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD in adults, particularly those who have gone years without clear answers or have felt misunderstood in past healthcare experiences. I also treat depression, anxiety, panic symptoms, and sleep disorders — which often overlap with attention, focus, and emotional regulation.

My approach is thoughtful and structured. I take time to understand the full picture — not just symptoms, but lifestyle, stressors, sleep patterns, and personal goals — before recommending treatment. ADHD evaluations are thorough and designed to provide clarity, and when medication is part of the plan, it is used intentionally and carefully monitored.

If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own and feel stuck, that’s a meaningful place to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to explore what’s going on and what can help. If you’re looking for a calm, collaborative approach where you feel heard and understood, I invite you to reach out when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand the full picture — not just symptoms, but lifestyle, stressors, sleep, focus, and personal goals — before making treatment recommendations.

Care is never rushed. I believe people do best when they feel heard, respected, and involved in decisions about their mental health. When medication is part of treatment, it is used intentionally and monitored carefully, with clear explanations and shared decision-making. Therapy and practical guidance are integrated to support meaningful, sustainable improvement.

My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping clients function better in their daily lives — with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding you. We’ll spend time discussing what’s bringing you in, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. There is no pressure to share everything at once — the pace is guided by your comfort.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your symptoms, daily functioning, sleep, stressors, and goals. We’ll also review treatment options together and talk through next steps in a way that feels collaborative and transparent.
