Great to meet you!
I am a Christian, and God has purposed me for this work. I believe every person has inherent value and worth, should be treated with dignity and respect, and welcomed with kindness.
I have worked in Behavioral Health since 1993, in various roles. I have a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and a Master's degree in Human Resources. I primarily work with adults who are experiencing challenges with their mood, experiencing relationship issues, managing stress, coping with grief and loss, trauma, and adjustment issues.
If you need an empathic, nonjudgmental, and skilled professional who will listen and support you, look no further. I will happily partner with you, explore your circumstances, and help guide you through your healing journey. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I use best practices to provide exceptional client care.
If you're having difficulty improving your mood and changing your behavior, we will explore how thoughts influence feelings and behavior. I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you challenge and replace negative thoughts to improve your mood and behavior. If you've survived a traumatic experience, EMDR can be helpful in your recovery.
I care about what you're going through, and want you to know there is hope! Let's work together to get you in a healthier place.
