As a therapist, I believe in walking alongside individuals to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness. My approach is centered on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and cultivate positive change.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms when they commit to attend session consistently.
