Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Ruby. I work with adults struggling with OCD, personality disorders, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who feel emotions deeply and are exhausted from constantly trying to hold everything together. Some struggle with intrusive thoughts, fear of abandonment, unstable relationships, chronic self-doubt, or patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts to change.

My style is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel human, not cold or overly clinical. My goal is to help you feel understood, challenged, and capable of creating meaningful change that actually fits your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, practical, and focused on meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, exposure therapy, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation work, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand themselves and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.

I work especially well with adults struggling with OCD, chronic anxiety, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients have spent years feeling stuck in the same cycles, overwhelmed by intense emotions, or frustrated that insight alone hasn't led to lasting change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and nonjudgmental. Together, we'll focus on understanding the patterns keeping you stuck, building practical skills, and creating a life that feels more stable, connected, and authentic.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been going on, what's feeling difficult right now, and what you're hoping will be different in your life.

There's no pressure to tell your whole story or have everything figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and work together to identify the concerns, patterns, and goals that matter most to you.

You can expect a supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental environment where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. My goal is to help you feel understood, build a clear path forward, and leave with a sense of hope about what's possible.
