Great to meet you!

As a dedicated provider, I specialize in merging medication management with holistic psychotherapy to provide comprehensive mental health care. My approach is centered around understanding each patient's unique story, which allows me to tailor treatment plans that prioritize both their emotional and psychological well-being.

I gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My passion lies in empowering my patients by equipping them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges.

I utilize a collaborative approach, working closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals for recovery. By integrating evidence-based medication management with compassionate psychotherapy, I aim to foster resilience and personal growth in those I serve.

Outside of my practice, I am committed to ongoing education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field of psychiatry. I am also passionate about destigmatizing mental health and actively participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness.

Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing and wellness. I look forward to working with you to create a brighter, healthier future.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, practical, and empowering. My approach combines evidence-based therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with thoughtful medication management when appropriate.

Many people come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also gaining real tools that improve your daily life.

Together we work to understand the patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. From there we develop strategies that help you regain balance, clarity, and confidence.

I often help clients who struggle with:

• Anxiety and chronic stress

• Depression and low motivation

• ADHD and focus challenges

• Relationship and communication difficulties

• Life transitions and burnout

Treatment may include therapy, medication management when appropriate, and practical coping strategies that you can apply immediately in your everyday life.

My goal is not just symptom relief — but helping you build long-term resilience, emotional strength, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what has been bringing you to seek support.

During this session we will:

• Explore the challenges you’ve been experiencing

• Discuss your personal goals for treatment

• Review your mental health history and current concerns

• Identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being

• Begin developing a personalized treatment plan

Many clients leave their first session with a clearer understanding of what they are experiencing and practical strategies they can begin using right away.

If medication may be helpful, we will also discuss options together so you can make an informed and comfortable decision about your care.

Most importantly, this session is a judgment-free space where you can speak openly and begin taking the first steps toward feeling better.

“My goal is to help you understand your mind, regain balance, and develop practical tools that improve your everyday life.”
