Great to meet you!

I am a two-time cancer survivor and father of six (3-Bio & 3-Adopted). I have been married to my best friend since 2006. Due to a childhood marked by poverty, abuse, and neglect, I have a deep experiential understanding of trauma & addiction. For me, this is more than a job, it is my purpose to walk alongside people as they step into freedom from the wounds of their past.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are wounded in relationships, and therefore, we can truly only experience healing through relationships. My primary objective is to create a space for a safe and trusting therapeutic bond to be established. Every person is an individual, and as such, my approach is specifically tailored to my client's individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I am going to invite you to share your story with me. I don't treat symptoms or diagnoses...I help people. The more I know about you, the more I can put myself in your shoes, understand your experiences, and the more help I can provide. I want to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and known.
