Great to meet you!

“Let’s Focus on What’s Next — Not Just What’s Wrong”

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), licensed in North Carolina since 2009. I help adults, especially men, navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping clients build clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behavior while developing meaningful strategies for change. When meaningful to the client, faith can also be incorporated into the counseling process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding your situation, clarifying what feels stuck, and identifying what you’d like to see change. My style is supportive, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll begin building a clearer picture of your goals and a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful.
