Great to meet you!

As a parent of an ADHD child, I have been on the other side of healthcare and work hard to be fully committed to getting you the help you would like. It’s anxiety provoking to see a new provider, but know with decades of experience and passion for caring about my patients - I have earned Excellent Google Reviews - I will respond to my patients always within 48 hours (but I always check at the beginning and ending of everyday) b/c I know its frustrating to wait for a script to be refilled or to need to talk and have to wait a week (when the problem has passed).

My approach to therapy

My first approach is to listen and see what you would like and need. I don’t push medicine and have holistic background - I am very knowledgeable on medications and August 2025 I reviewed them all to obtain yet another certification. I learned to do CBT from the Father of CBT Aaron Beck and I practiced Motivational interviewing for 5 years; but mostly I am patient centered - meaning we work together as a team to find what works for you and not just what worked for others. You are unique and the goal is to make life better for you.

What you can expect from me

I am the Queen of Questions, so don’t worry if first session you are nervous about forgetting what to say. After 3 children, I am learned to be ultra patient and respectful. You have lived a unique life and together we can find ways to help any difficulties by noting strengths and previous challenges that were conquered. If you see/read/watch something on the computer that you wish to bring into session, I am happy to review things with you and will watch beforehand if you send it to me. I love learning with my patients -and sharing my training and experiences while listening to yours. I also am available if a crisis is occurring so we can meet as often as you need - and quickly meet. I won’t let you struggle alone - as a team we can work through all bumps in the road.
