Great to meet you!

I want to support clients searching for ways to overcome past trauma, manage life changes, and learn ways to cope with daily challenges. As a therapist with a background in victim services, community mental health, and suicide prevention, I specialize in working with people of different ages and cultures. I am committed to helping you navigate the complexities of Anxiety, Depression, and trauma. I am a dedicated therapist passionate about assisting people to reach personal goals and self-actualization.

My approach to therapy

Collaboration is fundamental in my therapeutic approach. Through a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment. Everyone is unique and my therapeutic style is tailored based on the person's needs. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR and other modalities. I provide services for both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.
