Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting your wellbeing, it can feel difficult to know where to turn for support. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, and end of life concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected in important relationships, coping with loss, or struggling to move forward after difficult experiences. Whether you're navigating relationship conflict, processing grief, healing from trauma, facing end of life challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a supportive space for reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful changes that align with your values and the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within the context of supportive relationships. Drawing from systemic, relational, and evidence based practices, I help clients better understand patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, and process based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, women's issues, PTSD, life transitions, family dynamics, emotional regulation, and stress management. Therapy is focused on helping you improve communication, strengthen relationships, increase self awareness, and create sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where your experiences, values, and goals are respected. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges at a pace that feels right for you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, greater emotional resilience, improved self awareness, and increased confidence in navigating life's challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more connected, supported, and equipped to move forward with clarity, purpose, and hope.
