Great to meet you!

With 9 years of therapy practice experience, I believe therapy should feel personalized, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you. Growth is an ongoing journey, and each stage of life can bring new challenges, transitions, and opportunities for healing. My goal is to help you better understand your needs, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and have particular experience supporting law students and medical students. I also work with Medicare clients who are dealing with life changes in themselves or their partners. I tailor therapy to your unique experience rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Brainspotting, biofeedback, mindfulness, and supportive therapy to create an approach that fits your needs, values, and pace.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for a supportive space to explore what’s going on and what healing could look like for you, I’d be honored to be part of that process. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that helps you feel more grounded, more understood, and more equipped for what comes next.
