Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from their bodies. They describe racing thoughts, emotional outbursts, chronic stress, or a sense that their nervous system won’t settle—even though they’ve “done all the work.” I help people bridge the space between the head and the heart so healing becomes felt, not forced.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), and infraslow neurofeedback (ISF NFB). My background as a nurse helps me understand not just the mind, but the physiology of anxiety, trauma, and dysregulation. I specialize in helping clients restore nervous system balance so they can experience calm, clarity, and emotional stability from the inside out.

My approach blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, and gentle subconscious work. Together, we’ll work with the protective parts of your mind, the stored patterns in your body, and the deeper inner wisdom that supports transformation and relief.

My approach to therapy

Our work will feel warm, grounding, and collaborative. In the first session, you can expect us to slow things down, understand what your nervous system has been carrying, and identify what you want more of—ease, steadiness, clarity, or reconnection. We’ll create a plan based on what supports your unique system, whether that’s trauma-informed therapy, mind–body integration, or neurofeedback-informed strategies.

Clients often notice:

  • Reduced anxiety and panic
  • Fewer intrusive “what if” thoughts
  • Increased emotional regulation
  • Better sleep and energy
  • A calmer internal world
  • Feeling more connected to their body and intuition

My goal is to help you experience safety, clarity, and relief—not through trying harder, but through accessing the deeper intelligence your mind and body already hold.

My style: Compassionate, calming, direct, empowering, curious, holistic, and insight-oriented. I offer a non-judgmental space that helps you feel safe, understood, and supported.

You may resonate with working together if:

  • Your mind feels “always on”
  • You want to feel grounded and safe in your body
  • You’ve tried talk therapy but your nervous system still feels stuck
  • You’re sensitive, intuitive, or empathic, but often overwhelmed
  • You want a deeper, non-effort-based path toward healing

I love helping people who feel like they’ve been carrying everything alone finally experience relief and inner steadiness.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free initial consultation that allows for us to connect on a 15 minute phone call, this space often helps answer any questions you may have as well as begin to determine goodness of fit for us as a team. My priority with clients is to cultivate safety, curiosity, compassion and non-judgment. These elements equip us to be present and create shifts with what has been troubling you. I would welcome you to call (918) 973-4028 and schedule your consult today!
