Great to meet you!

I'm a tele-health therapist licensed in Delaware, and I work with people across the full lifespan — children, teens, adults, and families. My work centers on trauma, anxiety, depression, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether those patterns show up in your relationships, your thoughts, or how you move through the world. I offer sessions in English, French, and Twi, and I have a particular commitment to BIPOC clients — including members of the West African and Ghanaian diaspora — who deserve a therapist they never have to explain themselves to. In our sessions, that part of the work is already done.

My approach to therapy

I pull from a range of evidence-based approaches — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, and strength-based practices — and I tailor everything to you, not a template. My style is collaborative and direct. We'll spend time understanding the patterns keeping you stuck, building real tools for managing stress and emotions, and identifying the strengths you already have that we can lean into. I don't believe in making therapy harder than it needs to be — I believe in making it work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a real conversation, not a checklist. I want to understand what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what actually changing would look like for you. We'll talk about your goals and start building a plan that fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Most people leave the first session feeling like they finally have a partner in this, not just a professional taking notes. I look forward to meeting you.
